Dubbing question

I understand that there are 3 versions - Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. I understand that the scenes with Neil Nitin Mukesh aren't in the Tamil version and this film was shot simultaneously in Hindi and Tamil languages but the Telugu version is definitely dubbed. Are the Hindi or Tamil versions dubbed at all in any way since I know that Chiyaan Vikram is a Tamil actor or do they all speak their native tongues in both films?
