I need to know if there is going to be a season two because I love this show and im getting frustrated looking it up everywhere and all they are saying is thay they dont know so can somebody please give me a straight answer!!!
shareI don't want to think negatively but there is a big chance we will not get a second season but i am keeping my fingers crossed about the rumor i see on youtube about them doing it for next june. can't really say whether it is true or false but i really want to believe it is. there are worse things kept on tv and they could possibly generate more fans with a solid story and more advertising! i mean degrassi has made it this far and it turned to *beep* YEARS ago plus they still play crap like re runs of george lopez, friends, and h2o so maybe they will get some sense over there at nick and keep this going AT LEAST one more season for all us fans and supporters. :)

I think they could do well to turn this show from a soap opera into a 13 or 20 episode season.
i agree w/your post; i think they should do like FX does w/their shows, they give them 12 or 15 episodes, and then it returns at a later date. I think the BIG mistake was moving the show to teennick, bc a lot of ppl don't get that channel and their are some ppl who don't have computers, laptops to watch it online and give it support. just my opinion i think it shoulda stayed on nickatnite bc its a channel that comes w/basic cable. i would love for it to come back, but its not looking so good; and the last episode seemed like a series finale they way the writers wrapped the main stories up - esp loren/eddie reunion and eddie's charges being dropped.
shareI'm glad they moved it to Teennick. I would have never heard of it if it hasn't of been moved there, but I do agree that it kind of killed the show.
Nickelodeon isn't basic cable where I'm from, though. I don't have Teennick, because I'm in college right now so I had to watch all of the episodes online.
It did seem like a series finale. They probably had notice that it was going to get canceled. 80 episodes is way more than I ever get for any other TV shows that I like, so I'm actually kind of happy in a sad way. lol
Nickelodeon has a website for nite time as well nickatnite.com - and they also use to post the shows on their site about an hour after the show was over or the next day they posted them ; i think that is why i was upset, bc if ppl had access to teennick.com then they shoulda been able to access the website nickatnite.com and watch it online there. anyway its over and i feel the same as you - it ended on a happy/sad note w/all the couples i wanted together. i guess i'm just gonna miss the show and characters (actresses/actors esp), but i'm use to my fave shows getting canceled - and i get over it. (lol)
