Watching Season 1 for the first time. For someone as intelligent &

such a critic of religion as Rust seems to be, it was funny listening to him mispronounce The Church of Notre Dame in Paris like it was the University in South Bend, Indiana. Yes, the University is based on the Church but pronounced (usually by Americans) totally different.

I would like to think that Rust did this on purpose b/c of his views on religion and the fact he got drunk in front of the Church as a type of middle finger but I think the real reason is that McConaughey really thinks that's how a person pronounces Notre Dame (in regards to the Church in Paris)

Dear Warden, You were right. Salvation lies within.

nahhhh just because the French talk French doesn't mean the rest of the world has to use their rules when talking about them. Americans talk English and they will pronounce things that way, just like everyone else does too. The American way of saying Van Gogh is van go. so what, not everyone is a Dutch, get over yourself already.

Could your post be any more arrogant? LOL French people at their best. And y'all wonder why nobody take you seriously. Keep moaning.
