Did Dick and Donald have a homosexual relationship?

This "Documentary" really glazes over how they started working together. Dick goes from being an intern who hasn't even finished graduate school to Donald's number two man? Dick Cheney had no political experience, barely or no real-world experience, no important connections; yet Rumsfeld took Dick under his wing after Dick wrote a 12-page memo?

That is absolutely ridiculous. Only in a Jimmy Stewart movie does someone go from being an intern from Wyoming to becoming personal assistant to someone in the Presidential cabinet; There had to be something else going on. They both look like a couple of child rapist, their smiles are more like sneers and look at the photographs,they are always giving each other weird glances. Like they can't wait to get back to the Watergate and play a little corn hole.
