Decent movie, way too underrated!

It's an easy to watch crime drama thriller with a great cast and somewhat typical story but still at least 6,5/10. It dond't feel I've wasted my time after watching it.

Agreed. I thought Matt Dillon was terrific in it too.

Matt Dillon is far to underappreciated in Hollywood.
And Willem Dafoe is one of my top 10 actors.
He's great in everything he does.

It's the harbour towns that the grey metal ships call home.
