I think the lunch delivery service would have fixed the error right away. So who was getting the lunch that was meant for Saajan? The other man? The husband? Also the ending felt abject and rushed.

You'd think! Makes me you wonder why she didn't fix as soon as she knew there was a problem! But then if she did that, that would be the end of her little pen pal romance or whatever you call it with the guy getting it instead of her husband. Very strange the delivery guys didn't catch it sooner.
shareI don't know about her, but I'd assume it was a one-off fluke and wouldn't happen again. By the time it happened a few times, she was intrigued, I guess.
shareThat's a good point. We also know from watching her that she is a lonely, neglected wife hungry for attention. Her husband, was too busy with his affair, to give it to her. So sad.
