why do they use a lot of the same actors for a lot of Life Time movies?

Every Life Time movie I watch these actors and a group of actors are in several of their movies. Just wondering why they use so many of the same actors all the time?

Or, they work cheap.(From the performance level they exhibit, that gets my vote.)

I know the group of people you are talking about. Some of these people live in Canada & there are many movies made there. it's probably cheaper to use them.
