WTH happened? Her face looks like it has seen the inside of several plastic surgeon's office, and not good ons. Thoughts?

I thought she expressed cold-hearted bitch really well in this movie, though. And her face, whatever good or bad enhancements were applied, helped pull off this character.

I agree. I think this is the most heartless character I've seen her portray so far.
