How this movie is that high-rated is beyond me. The film had all the clichés that you could put in one movie. Thank god the police don't habe like the disabled autists in this film or else our society would descend into chaos.
Miike probably only did it for the money.
The clichés? There isn't a single film like that, at least not in Hollywood, provider number one of action thrillers.

The movie wasn't that bad but yes it's been done by Hollywood, 16 Blocks with Bruce Willis and SWAT have similar plot. Both are about cops taking a criminal to the court and both had corrupted cops.
