Please. I love Eastwood's Unforgiven so much. A Japanese version sounds so interesting.
shareI'm sure will in time. Though large release no. Most here are to lazy and spoiled for sub-titles. Look for it at the more indie fim places. From the trailer its a must see for me.

Eastwood's is easily one of the best films (IMO) ever made and I've been desperate to see this since first hearing about it. Unfortunately I'm not anywhere near any festivals. Pity, man!

shareIt is a superb film. I'm sure you will love it if you loved the original.
It is quite faithful to Eastwood's masterpiece and yet it blends in Japan's own dark history in a natural, flawless manner.
Watanabe is amazing and the villain is equally memorable as Hackman's.
Although his final line is different...
I keep looking for it, but no such luck.
