This movie is over rated. Just watched this on PPV and I want my money back. All of that over a stolen car? Seriously?

1. If you think the lead actor has anything to do with the film existing then you're mistaken. Guy Pearce owes you nothing. David Michod made the film.

2. You obviously didn't finish the film if you think k this film is about a stolen car.

Correct. Its about a stolen car with a dead dog in the boot. Much deeper film.

Interesting. I think we were watching a different film. Sure, those are aspects, but, that is hardly, imo (and all of this discussion is only personal opinion) what the film is about. But, to each his own.

I thought the same thing until the last scene. It wasn't his car it was after, it was his dog in the trunk that he wanted to bury. It was probably the only thing left in his life that was good, especially since he killed his wife and her lover. He also never spoke of any children or other family members.

It made more sense after I saw that scene.
