Question...Maybe I Missed Something

I really enjoyed this movie but could someone please tell me why didn't Bianca (possible SPOILER coming so if you haven't seen it, stop reading!) didn't go to the police once she had a copy of the will she got from Sarah's apartment. By this point she was pretty sure of her husband not being trusted, plus the brother and slut were dead by that point...wouldn't a pregnant woman who feared for her life just go to the police with the will as evidence that would make him a suspect? Or did they just need to drag the story out more to make it longer? That just didn't make any sense to me, especially when she was at the police station that last time and had the will.

I don't think that movies follow any common sense rules, especially horror movies. Too much common sense would kill the fear that these type of movies need. This is just my opinion.

Maybe something to do with the ghost of sarah following her with the her own agenda plus she was already a suspect and would have to explain where she got the will from.
