A great movie.

I was stunned how moving this movie is. To me, the best movie ever made on the days of the Kennedy Assassination. Let others debate the conspiracy theories--the tales of the "ordinary" people affected by that day in Dallas are engrossing. The portrayals of Abraham Zapruder, Robert Hosty,Robert Oswald, and others are riverting.

I gave it a "10," the same that I gave to "JFK."

I agree. My one beef with it is the puzzling absence of Gov. Connally. The man was also taken to Parkland Hospital, in pretty bad shape from his wounds, was rushed up to surgery and required extensive treatment to save his life, but the film makes no mention of him that I can recall.

I have seen enough to know I have seen too much. -- ALOTO

I'd agree with that. To the best of my recollection Governor Connally was mentioned briefly but that was it. It's been a while since I saw the film though so I can't say that with any degree of certainty.

I agree! and have complained on other posts about his absence.

Good points.

The governor was given short shrift by this film, even though it is otherwise very good.
