they really ripped off that diamond guy

they give him like 50k and they are worth 250k. That is such BS and there is no way that guy didnt know what they were worth when he low balled him.

The guy needed the money for a house and his twins on the way, way to rip off someone in need.

THe guy should have brought them to a jewerly store and sold them for what they were worth

He could have paid off a huge chunk of his house

They didn't know exactly what they were worth. They thought they might get $80-100K for them. The guy that Randy had look at them let them know that they are extremely valuable and worth $250k or so.

Please that was acting for the camera. They knew exactly what they were worth, they just wanted to pretend they didnt know so they could get them for cheap.

Its just like when Les on the Detriot version says oh Ill give you $100 for that item, then goes and looks it up and is like OMG what a great deal, this is actually worth 5,000 I had no idea.

Granted the guy who pawned diamonds was an idiot because he should have gone to a legit jeweler bur if this was american pickers they would have gone back to the guy and given him more money.

They have done that a few times like with those carney posters they bought.

They have his info they should atleast call him back and give him the 100k he was looking for. They would still double their money back and thensome, and that would at least be fair.
