I don't know if I will like this if it wasn't for Will Forte

Let alone watch it! But because of Last Man on Earth, I've dug up my old semi-forgotten crush and admiration on Willis Forte from the deep dark abyss of my heart and started to fangirl over him again (fangirl, meaning, using my free time in watching and reading about him on the internet).

But I'm glad I went back since this movie is lovely and different from all the romantic family dramas. I can only think of Spanglish, that has the same Ted-Vanetia relationship only the genders are reversed and the reasons are more selfish and more borderline-infidelity.

I'm an SNL fan, especially the seasons with the aforementioned actor, so obviously the only reason why I watched this is because of him. Fortunately, the movie wasn't so bad although there are some parts missing in the film that I wish they would have added.

I'm really glad about the ending. You don't want anyone taking advantage of the situation and get the girl.Nor the wife abandoning her husband.
