I saw this movie today and thought it had the potential to be really cute. I just didn't see any chemistry between Jennifer and Kevin. At all. Not even friendly chemistry between them. My mom even said at the end "they don't seem to go together at all", and I felt the same way. Did anyone else think that?
shareI loved the movie, hated Bryce but yeah I didn't feel like the friends had any chemistry other than "Hey I know you" . The other couple ( the dark haired friend of Jennifer and the dark haired friend of Kevin) seemed to have more of a chemistry than them.
shareThe whole "common law marriage" thing should've been knocked down right away. That doesn't count with a platonic relationship, duh! what law school did her friend go to?
shareIANAL but didn't using the same last name and giving her a ring contribute to potential legal confusion? Sure she would likely win in court but his whole objective was just to drag it out and torpedo any imminent weddings.
