Filming Location

By a nice coincidence, I came back from a vacation on the island of Holbox in Quintana Roo, Mexico just a week before watching this movie and to me it looks like Holbox was the location of the movie. Can anyone else confirm or deny it? The dock is very prominent in the movie and we spent a lot of time around it, also the type of white, almost clay-like sand is the same. Some of the other locations looked similar, but I couldn't confirm exactly.
