Fake or Real?

This is NOT reality television as the genre has developed. It's more in line with a documentary. I've known people who've seen this and they say it's not scripted. I think the reason some think it's fake is EDITING. There's so much that's not shown that what is shown looks scripted. I think this family has done something few families can do ~ accept someone for who they are and emotionally support them to be better versions of themselves.
