Petition to HBO to give the show a Second Season

Jim Piddock said on his twitter that unless the show is picked up by another channel there won't be on for another season. I created a petition to give the show a second season. This same petition can be found on Jim Piddock's twitter and Facebook.

Would only work imo, if they cut Pete from the show and kept it in the US.
I hated Pete throughout, and was bored an comlpetely unamused by the 1st 4 eps(the 4 in the UK).
If they plan on having the show in the UK and kept Pete is should be cancelled.

Do they really need HBO to make it happen? I don't think HBO is a good match as they're looking for heavily US mainstream and this isn't it. Maybe AMC?

I mean. At this point they can even go to netflix (they have Derek) or maybe Hulu? (The have Chris' "Moone Boy). The point is that the show was cut too short and that sucks! :(
