The so-so ratings for the movie are not necessary linked to the intrinsec qualities of the movie.
If you look at the graphic, the closer to Christmas, the better the ratings (more or less). But The Wishing tree aired early in the season so...
this is true, but i think the movie could have been done lot better, it had real potential. i still like it though
