That was different.

It's not even really my genre to begin with, well maybe it had a dark comedy edge to it to some degree. I put it on on my laptop, the one I don't use to stream to my TV figuring I'd watch a few minutes and deem it unwatchable and just x off the tab done deal.
Well idk what happened but I ended up muting the Tv and found myself drawn to this strange little film all the way to the end.

It's surely not for everyone, but there is no way of really knowing unless you start watching it and within 5 minutes you'll either dig it or engage the kill switch. The main character seemed to be in a 1986-1990 sort of world complete with a soundtrack with a Beastie Boys vibe throughout, complete with sh!tty 80's headphones and a portable cassette tape player, V/H/S tapes and a microwave apparently being a new invention.
The lead actor gave a very honest, commendable and tangible portrayal of a slacker/wannabe comedian dude who could exist in just about any town on the fringe of existence.

Worth a look if you not afraid to waste the bandwidth, also it appears the IMDb is criminally underrating it at a 4.9/10 when it's average is 7.0 overall and the 65 votes from OUTSIDE of the US are 6.2/10 Do they really think that many shills are lurking outside of the US banding together to raise the #'s? Hell even the good reviews seem authentic, a rarity as of late.
