I agree with those who believe this film is criminally underrated

This baffled me.
I thought this film was truly a treat
I never wanted it to end,
it was perfect.

The people were portrayed as people
perfectly paced
downfalls

it was the human nature as well as the raw nature
that made this film strike me

i like how the people who were there first knew the answers.


this film is a beautiful rendering of the kodak gold rush
a very impressive and memorable german western

dare i say,
perhaps more simple,
yet definitely comparable to the revenant.


in fact, because of its simplicity
which hints of genius
one might even say this film is more beautiful than the Revenant
and i am not sure if id disagree
