A picture on Ginger's wall .

I love this movie but there is a picture on Ginger's wall .. it's on the left as you come in Ginger's apartment .. I have two done in the same way and was so surprised to see it ... I have been trying to find out anything about the picture , who or what company made them .. My mother got them back in the 60's , but there is no information anywhere on the pictures .. if any one has any knowledge about the picture , please let me know .
