Does this follow on from the 2011 movie Orcs?

Not sure but a bunch of these low budget fantasy movies share Jason Faller as writer/producer.

Having just watched them both, I'd have to say no. They both have Orcs in them, but other than that seem unrelated, unless they're going for a general 'Orcs invading Earth' theme to their Orc films. Plus, Orcs! was fun, this... isn't.
