shareActually I do know what I'm missing. Grew up on southern/soul food (mom was from Georgia). I love greens, grits, corn bread. biscuits and gravy, etc., but never could get behind gizzards or other "organ" meats.
shareTo each his/her own taste. At least you tried them. That’s more than most folks would do. I also like sweetbreads and hearts. I’ve often thought I was a wolf in a previous pre-human life.
