Cast question-Tahmoh Penikett as Jacob?

I'm looking at the cast list here at IMDB and they don't have the actor who plays Jacob listed. It looks like Tahmoh Penikett from Battlestar Galactica, but his IMDB doesn't have him listed in this?

Am I crazy? I think it's Tahmoh. Anyone know?

Yes it's definitely him...strange his not listed. ;)

Now is listed as DA Jacob Waring.
