Team Ioulia!

Who here doesn't love Ioulia the most?

She has the most insightful lines and says the funniest things. LOVED in this week's epi, she said, "Ronnie and Mary is more complicated than Ronnie and booze. At least she likes the booze". I also love how she always sticks up for Mary when they talk about her behind her back. You could see that in this epi and the one about the "white lie". At the same time though, she manages to seem above the drama, always complaining that they're wasting good food. I just love the way she thinks.

Also from the recent epi:

"I think Amanda sucks up to Ronnie. I don't know why. Maybe she wants dress hand-me-downs?"

"Ronnie starts to sound like a broken record talking about Mary. To be so obsessed about Mary... I think it's a little bit crazy."

She's just... so right. She sees exactly how it is and says it. And that's pretty impressive in a group where, when Jody attacks Mary in a public place, Ronnie gets mad at Mary for "causing drama".

My fav scene with Ioulia might just be after the bikini show, at dinner, when Amanda pettily attempts to confront Ioulia in front of the women by accusing her of taking her bikini last minute, staring her down with her wide crazy eyes and wrinkly shar pei forehead. And Ioulia says, "don't call me out on stupid crap that doesn't mean anything," and when Amanda starts to reply, shejust looks down her nose and says, "ok where's my alcohol?" XD I just died laughing. Hell, even I need a glass when I have to hear Amanda talking. I started cracking up again when she wouldn't leave without a few more bites of her food. I think she's the only one who eats on that show. She's just so damn likeable.

What's your fav Ioulia moment? I know it's hard to pick just one haha

I loved the look on her face in the limo when Ronnie was talking about the Maximus from Gladiator. It's as if she thought Ronnie had lost it and I think sh may have.

What do you think of Robin?

Robin seems like a kind-hearted dum-dum. Bless her heart, but she's naive and stupid. She really thought Jody was praising her because she liked her performance at the racetrack and it had nothing to do with physically and verbally excluding Mary from the circle? She tells Ioulia what Amanda said to her and really expects it to not cause a fight? She loudly talks to Mary at the dinner table about how her friend is ok and needs Ioulia to repeatedly tell her to shut up so as not to give Jody more ammunition, and doesn't seem to realise at that time that Mary is just trying to slip away? She really thinks that Mary ought to apologise to the women for telling a white lie in order to get away from horrendous treatment from Jody (without even acknowledging that Jody ought to apologise)? She REALLY defends Jody's questioning of Mary's friendship with Ronnie in front of Mary as legitimate concern for Ronnie and not what it obviously is: rudely talking trash about Mary in front of her as if she's not there, just like she did at The Room last season?

She wants to get along with everyone, but she's a bit simple. Maybe too simple to navigate the political waters of society ladies. She seems like someone who is easy to influence and manipulate.
