I don't know if they mentioned MK-ULTRA/Monarch Mind Control Programming, reptilian shapeshifters (which I guess probably count as aliens), or anything about subliminal symbols put in our music, television shows, movies, and even company logos.

shareThe conspiracy is something about how the pineal gland is a powerful gland in your brain that allows you to think better, see the big pictures, and stuff like that, and the government doesn't like people becoming "enlightened" like that so they put contaminants in food and water (like fluoride) that suppress the gland. At least that's what I remember from a couple YouTube videos about it. The part about the government putting contaminants in food and water supplies was actually proven to be true, but the part about the pineal gland giving you psychic powers is probably open to debate.
