Lacks Diversity

I love Molly Shannon, so she was the draw for me. But I was hoping to connect with the documentary by seeing at least one person who looks like me. I know people of color who lost mothers early in life.

And I think bringing a more diverse racial/cultural component would've given the documentary a richer feel: Are there differences in other races/cultures of women who lose their moms at an early age would've been very interesting for me to see.

In 2014, the absence of racial diversity feels deliberate. Then again, some "Clubs" are like that, aren't they?

What? I seriously doubt they were deliberating omitting people of color.
