Did they make up the rumors to get people to watch the show? I tuned in just to see how they were going to spin this. Kendra throwing herself on the floor but stopping mid cry to see if the camera was rolling or for whatever reason.....come on!! And then the scene with the drones and her calling her manager...serious case of over acting. I'm not buying any of it.

I get the feeling this is all fake. Kendra appeared to be acting and she always had a smirk on her face which could be duper's delight because she's happy with herself thinking her audience is believing her fake story. I'm just not buying it.

Kellie,I've been thinking the same thing. But out of all the publicity stunts to pull why would Hank go along with this one? Implying a straight man is cheating on his wife is bad,but saying he's getting down with another man or a transsexual is pretty rep damaging. I don't have anything against gays,by the way.
If you notice Kendra has been quiet over the past 2-3 months since the Hank scandal broke,but the closer it came time for K.O.T. top to premeire she started speaking out more. Now she's a top trending topic on yahoo everyday. I definitely think something isn't right about this whole Hank cheating story.
I don't think he much cares about his reputation since he is retired. But even if it isn't something that was done for the show the show is using it to garner ratings. No matter if the allegations are something made up by the show or something someone tried to use to get money, I still don't believe it happened. There hasn't been any proof brought forth and it has been months since the allegations started.

Ok say the transsexual thing never happened and they're playing up the dramatics for the cameras,why would you subject your kids to that kind of stuff? When little Hank gets older and starts going to school,kids will google his dad having sex with lady-boys and terrorize him.
During the season montage at the end of season premiere,Kendra was getting pretty physical with Hank and making some nasty comments toward him in some of the clips. I really don't know what happened,but if it didn't why won't Hank come out and clear his name? Not only will the affect his social life,but if they decide to get divorced,this will be brought up in court.
Like I said, even if the allegations came from an outside source, ie the transsexual person, the show is still using it to get ratings. They could have chosen not to air all of this but no, they put it all out there...why? For $$$. You asked why Hank hasn't come out to clear his name....dunno...you'd have to ask him. At this point Kendra is saying that she doesn't think he did it and that she believes he was set up. They are leaving it up to us to draw our own conclusions.

On the season premiere of K.O.T. when she calls Hank telling him to bring Little Hank back home,she outright accuses Big Hank of doing whatever he did.
I can't remember if it was you Kellie or another poster,but somebody in this thread said something along the lines of Hank loving Kendra so much that he'd pretty much go with any story line to help Kendra out. I don't think there's that much love in the world where I'd embarrass myself like that. This scandal didn't even get Kendra the attention she was seeking. Outside of gossip blogs and a few threads on IMDB,nobody really cares! All they did was make fools of themselves.
right how could hank sell out his manhood for fame, but money makes you do crazy things. they are probably desperate for cash to maintain their lavish lifestyle, their ratings were tanking they were between a rock and a hard place, came up with this story and there u go.
shareI really do believe this season has been staged. I don't know why they would do it, as someone commented that lil hank is going to see this..but it seems too odd that they had a conversation about all of this (love, divorce,etc.) right before the "cheating" happened.
I like Kendra, but I think her 15 mins of fame is slowing done and she needs to find ways to boost herself up in the spotlight.
I like her too...as well as Hank. But I think this was the wrong way to go with her show and I honestly think this is her 'shark jump'.

I agree it seems so fake. The conversation they had before. The overacting. "Why did I go outside?!". I think Kendra is desperate for fame and Hank would do anything for her. Just awful how they don't think of the kids.

I don't think they need the money because has a lot of side projects, but they like doing the reality show and it keeps her "current." She seems to throw in his face a lot that he doesn't work because she knows it makes him feel bad. I'm pretty sure no man doesn't want to support his family but he was let go in football at a young age and it was out of his control. I'm sure he was willing to go along with the storyline so he can say he is contributing and, also, these are only allegations. They keep stringing along the audience with no proof. So basically he didn't have to cheat or cause a scandal and doesn't have to feel bad if it's fake.
shareTrue these are allegations with no solid proof,but the court of public opinion is a BITCH! People believe whatever they see and read online regardless if it's true or not. In the 2nd episode Kendra claims she's lost out on business ventures because of this fiasco.

If every single thing is fake.....meaning AVA is also in on it then the kids are not affected. Why? Because they could simply tell him when he is older that it's acting and they have to make up storylines.
But I don't think WE gets a lot of ratings anyways....so I don't think it would be worth the "experiment" but who knows. I've heard reality shows are more or less scripted as it gets, especially shows like this.
If Hank really is going along with everything then it actually makes more sense because if he did nothing, then he can say anything on the show and Kendra can just pretend he cheated....
If it's all real then yea.... showing everything on the show seems "strange" because her KIDS will see it one day...how can they be kept from it?

Hank got The FBI involved so it cant be completely fake.Hank cheated and Kendra being the hustler that she is found a way to profit from it imo.
sharei couldn't watch any more after the first episode this season. It just seems so fake. I liked her last show but this one is terrible. I liked seeing the kids but that's it. I deleted the ones I had on my DVR. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

If he really did get the FBI involved then there must be some truthful elements to this story. I'm thinking maybe he thought he was meeting a female prostitue, but upon meeting discovered it was a transvestite. I'm sure this person recognized hank from tv and knew they could profit from blackmailing him or whatnot. So even if hank didn't pay her, she could still say "go along with the story or else I will reveal the truth that you wanted to meet up with a prostitue" or something along those lines.
