Her low life Dad

Am I missing something?!!
I can't understand why he's even in her life. What he did to her and her siblings is inexcusable. I can't help but feel that they were running out of storyline for the show that they had to reach out to him out of desperation for new material. But seriously. Here's all his many unbelievable actions:
1)He was a millionaire and did nothing to support those kids while they lived in poverty. Regardless how bad the marriage was, YOU PROVIDE FOR THE CHILDREN THAT YOU FATHER, PERIOD! 2)He moved to another country to avoid all responsibility and legal repercussions. Kendra just forgives all.
3)He never shows remorse for what he did and said he did what he thought was best and needed to be happy.
4)he brings his new fiancé around to his daughter he just recently reconciled with and SURPRISES her with not only meeting her for the 1st time but oh by the way we're getting married and we want you to be in the wedding. How completely insensitive and disrespectful. How about breaking the news gently. Maybe calling her 1st to let her know you've been seeing someone so she can get used to the idea. She was without her dad practically her whole life, now you want to thrust a Stepmom in the picture in such a abrupt and inconsiderate way. It's truly all about the Dad.
5) the Dad clearly shows no judgement in his choice of fiancé as she is obviously star struck by Playboy and has attached herself to try to be a groupie to Kendra and her life. The fiancé gets sloppy drunk the FIRST night at a Playboy party and embarrasses Kendra. And Dad and Fiancé act like its no big deal, that the Fiancé was just excited and having a good time.
6) Dad shows Kendra a NAKED photo of his Fiancé the 1st time she meets her. WHAT?!!!! Granted Kendra was a Playmate and has seen plenty of nudes. But this is YOUR DAD and his FIANCÉ. This is beyond creepy.
7) The dad acts completely emotionless and unaffectionate with Kenrdra. They literally could've picked someone up off the street and they could emote more feeling than this man does. I honestly feel the only reason he has even come around is for his 15 minutes of fame. He is a sad pathetic man who has never grown up. He even has to be called GRAND DUDE because it's more cool. He ran away from his responsibilities as a father to go chase surf waves. I mean,come on. what a loser. I literally cringe every time he comes on the screen.
