Am I the only one who thought that he was the leader of the whole ring?

I mean Kevin Durand and his accomplice managed to get in to a pretty fancy event and not only that sit on the same table as him.

Would be pretty smart to pretend to work against peadophiles so you yourself could pull the strings behind the scenes and get some intel on how the peado-squad were operating.

I expected that to be a last minute twist.

Yeah sort of misleading. His character was a bit antsy so I assumed he would be the one to control the operation. I felt that at the end his character became useless.

Andy put his Bible back in the wardens safe not the ledger. This is why he had the ledger at the end to give to the police. It shows this clearly in a scene near the end.
