The problem with Ross, Brady is pretty much a carbon copy of Austin Moon, just Austin is dumber in the brains.

But the personality of a energetic fun loving good guy and loyal friend is pretty much the same. Of course the musical talent is a given.

I don't think he can pull off intense dramatic or a even a mean guy or evil person, so I think he might be type cast in roles for the future.

You haven't seen enough bad acting. I thought their acting fitted the tone of the movie very well. And if you're going to criticise someone, at least spell the name correctly.

It's a numbers game with many factors deciding who makes it or not. If you look up the top100 high school football seniors in the country. Their all fast, strong, smart, and of good genetics. All think they'll be in the NFL in 3-4 yrs. Very few of even the elite ones. Like Matt Barkley, I and many others new he would get drafted before he play one game at USC. But even he looked iffy. Meanwhile, there are guys most people never heard of that had all of those factors work in their favor and they made it. But of the 250 some odd rookies, every year, many wash out, get demoted to the practice squad, or ride the bench.

Every the most promising actors meet that fate. But this movie featured a lot of people with lots of potential. But there's also a good chance we won't hear of most of them 5 years from now. Especially since Disney is basically mass-producing singing and dancing actors.

Actually, critics have agreed that Zac is a talented actor. Yes, that includes dramas. Vanessa was in the well-reviewed SPRING BREAKERS, but the movie didn't really showcase her acting. But considering how bad she was in JOURNEY 2, SUCKER PUNCH and (from what I've read) in BEASTLY, she doesn't seem to be a talented actress. Ashley got the "honor" of replacing Anna Faris as the lead in SCARY MOVIE 5. That movie was so terrible that very few focused on her acting. Lucas had a small role in MILK and I haven't seen him in anything else since (except for his cameo in the SHARPAY spin-off). Are Corbin and Monique still alive?
