Giggles was the hottest surfer chick, and struts was Number 2 or 3. However, Struts was super smoking hot. I think she was prettier. If we based this on sex appeal, Giggles. But overall, I gotta go with struts. great topic question.

Giggles was wearing some serious fringe. If watching 60's teen movies taught me anything, it's that fringe makes a girl look like she's shakin' it 3 times as fast.

Here's the question, if they switched outfits who's hotter. Do to Giggles' outfit, dancing style and name, I hardly remember her face. However, I remember Struts as being gorgeous. And probably isn't flat as a board either. They just played up Grace Phipps and Chrisse Fit so much, Struts take the back seat. But Struts is awesome. She was cute in the climax when they save Brady and Mac.
