What did Auti do?

I'm really curious as to what Auti did that led to trust issues in their marriage. She said in a recent episode that she felt like she cheated on her husband. What could she have done that only felt like cheating?

She didn't "do" anything except go out and party, and then turn it into dumb drama.

I don't think that she wants to say specifically what she did but she made it sound like she was unfaithful.
