They keep saying she is 13. Easily looks 15/16 to me.

I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.

Rule of Thumb:

Girls generally look 3 years older than they really are, while Boys generally look about 3 years younger than they really are.

For how long?
My brother's friend is a girl and she's 21 but everyone thinks she's around 15 or so.

So does Ally. Trinity was 12 when the show started, but then turned 13 as the show was winding down. She looked the same throughout the show. Maybe McKaylee was about to turn 14. I think 13 is an age where you typically develop a lot. You can turn 13 looking like a little kid and then turn 14 looking like a real teenager. So depending on what stage of 13 you're at (i.e. just turned 13, or about to turn 14), and your personal stage of development (some still look like little kids, others look like older teenagers or could even pass as college aged). Girls tend to look older at 13 than boys do too, because they develop earlier than boys.
