Wonder What Would've Happened in Season 2 If This Show Weren't Cancelled
I wonder what would have happened in season 2 if this show hadn't been cancelled.

shareMe too. The whole show felt to me like a one season story anyway (I don't think it would have been a good idea to go at this with several seasons) and yet they clearly wanted to continue it. Not just because of the last scene, but the FBI woman doesn't even get to tell Amber she's her biological mom. They obviously kept that to still have stuff to do later.
shareIn the beginning everyone wanting the show it gone. Talking about how bad it was. Now we're pondering what season 2 would have been like.
Grands...Glad to see you come and glad to see you go
I think a good clue as to why the show was cancelled is that one of the main characters is referred to as "the FBI woman" rather than Dunn which is her name. The characters were difficult to warm up to.
shareAssuming this same S1 finale plays out the way it did, in S2:
*Meg goes to prison for kidnapping and murder, paving the way for Susie to raise Amber
*Finley and Dunn get together
*Gibson, being the genius that he is, figures out a way to beat the murder rap
*Beth Ann and Kyle get together
Kind of like a soap opera, but this is how I see it.
