Episode 14 is not on Netflix yet why? When is it going to be on Netflix?

There is no episode 14. Season 1, 2, and 3 all have only 13 episodes.

According to IMDB there is 14 episodes.

IMDb is wrong.

1x13 is when Rhydian leaves Stoneybridge with his mum (Ceri) and his brother (Bryn).

2x13 is when Maddy and her parents have to leave Stoneybridge and head to Canada and Maddy tells Rhydian she loves him.

3x13 is when Rhydian decides to go to Canada to be with Maddy and the last scene is them finding eachother in the mountains and reuniting.

Running alongside the third season was a web-series called Jana Bites, consisting of several episodes that were only a few minutes in length. They revealed what happened to Jana immediately after the second season, and key events that occurred off-screen during the first few episodes of the third season. All these webpisodes were edited together to form a thirty minute episode that aired on CBBC in the UK after the third season finale. This might be the 14th episode that IMDB is referring to.

I have been waiting impatiently for season four to be on Netflix too. You can call their help line and make requests that they claim they put in the system so they can log what shows/seasons people want to see and that's what I did months ago, but so far nada. I don't think there are any plans to release it in 2016 (if at all).
