Probably the worst movie I have seen that has respectable actors in it.

I seriously cannot imagine how anyone with any name recognition could end up in this movie, it was completely pointless. I would honestly say it was the most pointless film I have ever seen.

I just read somewhere on the net that the movie on Netflix was rushed or something and that it's not the cut the director wanted? I hope that's true because I can't imagine anyone involved in this honestly feels like it was a decent film. Does anyone have any info on why it was changed?

reply

I agree...and the suspense music during the entire movie was awful and in most scenes totally unnecessary!

You obviously haven't seen The Counselor.

just tried to watch it and you cold tell immediately it was crap because of how it was put together. Showing all kinds of bodies at the beginning, then showing a killing that made no sense, then showing headlines like a 50s film. I just turned it off. It was executive produced by Latifah so it appears to be a glorified homemade movie. I mean just look at the title, it's very off-putting.

Really horrible! Everybody did the stupidest things, that even an idiot wouldn't do. Howard and Fonda's scenes couldn't have taken more, than a day, or two, to film, at the very most, and it was obvious, that in most scenes, where they were supposed to be talking together, they were filmed separately, at different times, and edited together. Latifah's scenes were so short, that they could have been filmed, on her coffee break! In my 60 years, of watching movies, this is one, of the very worst, I've ever seen.

It could have been so much better. After watching it, it's no wonder everyone associated with the movie has distanced themselves from it.
