no they need to make more. just better. We haven't really had a good one in a while. Needs more imagination.

E.g. I read a series of graphic books years ago about 3 aliens who crash landed on earth chasing each other. one was an escaped prisoner. The first book was just the 2 chasing the 3rd etc. The bad guy discovers human blood can heal him when he's wounded when a witch doctor makes him drink blood whilst he's unconscious. He refines what the blood does and makes himself immortal as long as he drinks human blood every few months. The other 2 find they can be made immortal by using tec they brought with them. It takes a little bit of human energy from us when lots of us are near them and focused on them. They invent religion. When people pray to them they get some of there life energy through the tec and also become immortal. This all takes place before the roman times. Over the centuries they raise armies to and try kill each other, change sides, all become friends, become enemies again, lovers, empires rise and fall - it was a pretty amazing story. The last book was in modern times. There were 7 or 8 graphic books in the series. It had writing on one page and comic like art on the next throughout each book. It would make a seriously epic vampire series of films. They all had different titles and I can't remember what it was called. It was an american thing (i was in new york then) Gave the books to my flatmate when I came back to uk. Does anyone know what the title was - about 1989???
