Why isn't this on DVD?

I am American and the only way I get to see British shows is on DVD. Or if they are on BBC America, but I hate watching that channel because it is censored. The Fear looks awesome. I was dying to see it, couldn't wait for the DVD. So where is it? Aren't British shows usually released right after they finish airing?

Yeah, why isn't this on DVD? My stupid recorder will not save a complete episode. I missed the first 10 minutes of episodes one, all but 9 minutes of episodes two and episode four entirely.
