Did the male and female leads got married after 13 years?

Did the male and female leads got married after 13 years? I got the impression that they did not as the professor introduces Ms. Kaguya as significant companion, so I am not sure if they officially got married.

The lady who's working on contract literally said she's Majime's spouse. They are married.
