So, Joker is in pt. 2

Is there some others characters that will be featured in it?

Also, there is no part 2. The movie is in 2 parts to whore out twice as money, the comic was released as a limited monthly series.

well for a clarification, WB doesn't allow their animated straight to video features to surpass 80 minutes. therefore, they HAD to do it in two parts if they want to tell the whole story exactly how it was in the graphic novel.
and to answer the OP's question. not hardly at all. but if they DO continue to keep it as accurate as the graphic novel, the 2ND HALF is guaranteed to be EPIC!

The story is large and to try to fit it all in 80-90 minutes would do it injustice
