Can someone please tell me why is Batman like 10 FEET TALL AND 300 POUNDS in this film? It looks so fake.

In Southeast Asia we'd call this kind of thing bad karma.
He's not 10 feet tall. He looks really tall because Batman is 6'2 taller than your average man, and also Robin in this is short. Like really short. As for his weight, he's put on some poundage since he hung the cape. He hasn't been doing anything really since, so it makes sense that he gained alot of weight. And his height allows it to be spread our pretty evenly.
