I think there's some kind of trolling. Especially with Kick-Ass 2 being on there.

Oh geez...I bet you're night. Freaking Tarantino. I don't begrudge him a foot fetish but I feel kind of dirty when he puts foot scenes into his movies. It's like I'm being tricked into joining him at a little peep show but he's able to sneak it into his films because it's a relatively innocent/non overtly sexual fetish. Imagine if a director was randomly sneaking balloon sex into their films. There is no missing that inclusion. Not that I think Tarantino would refrain from adding balloon sex if that's what got him off...it might not even seem that out of place in his films anyway.
