Something confused me.

A couple of times, the characters acknowledge NICKY's weight. I'm saying that so you won't think I'm a troll by calling him "chubby", but it's a fact that he is, and I don't mean it as an insult. Anyway, their parents only feed him with incredibly healthy food (he's never even heard of spaghetti). So why isn't he thinner?

no matter how healthy the food is. if you eat a lot and don't exercise you will gain weight.
some people think that if they just eat healthy food they can eat a lot of it.
