Another cliche movie about an outcast becoming popular, and the only way that happens is for the guy to be untrue to who he really is and adopt an annoying smart ass attitude.

C'mon... it was a kid's movie about an outcast wishing he was a "wise-guy" italian with a colorful life. The kid was stuck in a boring, flavourless life with sanitized parents who rejected their roots because they were afraid of those stereotypes.

A cute movie (IMO) that I seriously enjoyed. It was a kid's movie about a kid discovering he was missing out on his family heritage. And it was fun seeing a taste of what the Soprano's gang can do for fun.

I'm not going to claim it was Scorsese, but it didn't aim to be. It wanted to be Don Adam's "Get Smart" (as opposed to James Bond) with a taste of the old Soprano's gang.

Expect high art and you won't see the whole point.

Enjoyed Gandolfini's cameo... it was typical of the entire movie... farcical slapstick for kids.

Fugedabowdit. It's Nickelodeon.

Judge not, lest ye be judged...

OOOOOH What a hippo-twit!!!

When the amazing movie with an original idea that you write comes out, please let us know. In the meantime, try enjoying a fun movie aimed at teens that has pretty good values - something you clearly either don't know about or don't care about.

Just the opposite, I care a LOT about values. That's why I think kids should be happy with how they are & not feel like they need to change themselves to be "cool". People shouldn't be made fun of for being "dorks", because in the end, it's usually the dorks and the outcasts who are the nicest people of all.

Like Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold?

'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings.

It's about a kid living in the suburbs in 2013 who then goes to stay with his relatives in Brooklyn in the 1950's. I could not get past outdated stereotype of the Brooklyn neighborhood.

Kirk out.

Hahahaha, yes that sums it up perfectly :P

Did you make that up all by yourself?

While I don't quite agree with you(Just based on the simple fact that this is a made-for-television kids movie starring Gibby from iCarly so obviously it isn't going to be anything remotely good) I'm not going to lie... the title of this thread made me laugh really, really hard.
