And he seems like a nice guy, but this show doesn't seem like it's going anywhere :/

well, leno had his show forever with crap ratings... so you're right. his show isnt going anywhere. it will be there a very long time ....

Too much personality, weird body language, vocal gymnastics, comes off as artificial or forced. Maybe he is just over doing the "I'm from the hood" thing except nobody talks like that. The end result is too distracting and annoying.

If SNL would mimic him they would just do an exact copy and that would be enough.
