Seriously, didn't NCIS do an episode about this? Or at least was there a case about an officer who was raped? I know Troian guest-starred in an episode where she played someone who was set up to be raped.

Found it! It's an episode called Patriot Down, and as you'd expect, they don't imply that rape is so commonplace.

I'm not sure I understand the point of your post. I think JAG did an episode on rape and that's what the movie "the General's Daughter" was about. I think they had one in the movie "Basic," too.
I haven't seen this show, but the previews of this episode make me absolutely not want to watch it. The previews make it look like it's written by someone who knows nothing about military procedures, or doesn't care.
