So sad that Agnes and Henri have left the show. They were my favorite characters!

Perhaps Gregory Fitoussi had to go back to 'Spiral'. They have brought in another handsome Frenchman, the Vicomte, for Violette.

YES, I was just coming to post about this myself! They're my favorites too. Normally when a major character like that leaves a show I figure it's cuz the actor has another series or a movie they're committed to. But can that be true for both of these actors at the same time? I should look to see if there's something else on their IMDb resumes ...

Both actors are quite busy. She is filming a new BBC1 version of "War and Peace" in which she plays the female lead, and he's in the U.S. show "American Odyssey," some French production (can't tell if it's a movie or TV show) and plays France's King Francois I in "Emperor" which is in post-production. Popular folks.

Agreed. I enjoyed her storyline from day one, and even more so when Henri came into her life. Going to miss them.

Gregory Fitouissi (Henri) did an incredible series on French TV called Spiral - wonderful! If you need a fix, that will do.

I just love him, so checked it out. Good news is, there's a ton of free episodes available on Hulu right now. Bad news is, the sex and violence are beyond what I want to see. 😞

The Agnes character was there from the beginning so her departure was a bit of a surprise. When the camera focused long on her face as she peered out of the train window, I knew that was a sign of no return.

Because I'm a glutton for punishment and because I'm just watching now, please tell me how the writers write them out--I'm praying they didn't kill them, at least...are they just studying window dressing in Paris?

OH MY GOD...thanks! I was scared about that...after watching Game of Thrones, I'm kinda touchy about my favorite characters (where is Jon Snow???)
